Our full supplier pack — registered address, company number, VAT status and bank/BACS details — is included on the proforma invoice we email once you request a PO, and we're happy to send it sooner so you can set us up as a supplier.

Payment terms: 30 days from invoice date. Payable by BACS or card. Quote your invoice number (and PO number) as the payment reference.

How to raise a purchase order

1. Pick a licence tier (below) and, in the teacher area, choose Request invoice / PO — or email support@smashyourexams.com with your school name, chosen tier and PO number.
2. We email a proforma invoice carrying your PO number, our bank details and 30-day terms.
3. Your licence is activated on receipt of the PO (a binding commitment), so teachers aren't blocked waiting for payment.
4. Pay by BACS or card by the due date; we issue a final VAT-exempt invoice / receipt.

Annual pricing per school (seat caps are total pupils across the school). MAT / multi-school: contact us for a bespoke quote.

Data protection

Your school is the data controller; we act as your data processor. We provide a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a privacy policy covering children's data (UK GDPR / ICO Children's Code), data export and erasure.
